These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk367. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the pk367 platform. By accessing or using any part of pk367's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

pk367 services are strictly available to individuals aged 21 and above. Age is verified through CNIC or passport during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance returned.
Each player is permitted one pk367 account only. Creating multiple accounts — for any reason including bonus farming — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All bonuses and promotional funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering conditions, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods are specified individually for each offer. Failure to meet requirements forfeits the bonus and any associated winnings.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing the pk367 platform, registering an Account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

3.1 To register and maintain a pk367 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

4.2 pk367 will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purportedly from pk367 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.3 You are liable for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not conducted by you, unless and until you have notified pk367 of unauthorised access and pk367 has been given a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.
4.4 pk367 recommends enabling two-factor SMS authentication on your Account to provide an additional layer of security against unauthorised access.
4.5 pk367 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.1 pk367 is required under its international gaming licence obligations to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:
5.2 pk367 may request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal, when Account activity triggers automated risk controls, or on a periodic basis as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
5.3 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pk367 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, Account closure. Any balance in a closed Account will be handled in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.
5.4 All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with pk367's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity and age verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or by the licensing authority.
6.1 Players may fund their pk367 Account using the payment methods currently available on the platform, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may be updated from time to time.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 (Pakistani Rupees one hundred). pk367 does not impose deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges, for which pk367 accepts no liability.
6.3 Deposits are made solely for the purpose of betting and gaming on the pk367 platform. pk367 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the pk367 Account holder.
6.4 pk367 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that it reasonably suspects may be connected with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. In such circumstances, pk367 may refer the matter to the relevant authorities.
6.5 Deposits made to a pk367 Account that cannot be attributed to a legitimate registered Account holder (e.g., as a result of Account fraud) will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Account holders who have successfully completed KYC verification. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC documentation will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
7.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. Requests to withdraw to a different payment method will require additional identity and ownership verification.
7.3 pk367 targets the following indicative processing timeframes for withdrawal requests, which are subject to successful KYC completion and standard fraud screening:
7.4 pk367 reserves the right to apply additional due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by its automated risk monitoring systems. Such checks may extend processing times beyond the indicative figures above.
7.5 Only real-money deposits and verified winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not yet met their applicable Wagering Requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested prior to completion of the wagering obligation.

8.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all pk367 promotions unless otherwise stated:

9.1 All sports bets placed on pk367 are subject to the General Betting Rules and the specific sport or event rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over the general rules.
9.2 A bet is only confirmed and binding once pk367's system has registered the wager and the bet reference number has been assigned. Oral, written, or electronic expressions of intent to place a bet are not binding until this confirmation step is completed.
9.3 pk367 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, data feed error, or human entry error, regardless of whether the event has already concluded. Where a bet is voided for this reason, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
9.4 In-play (live) bets are subject to real-time odds changes and acceptance delays. pk367 is not liable for bets placed at odds that were displayed on the Player's screen but had been updated by the time the bet was processed, where the Player is notified of the updated odds prior to confirmation.
9.5 Match abandonment, postponement, and walkover outcomes are settled in accordance with sport-specific rules. As a general principle, if a cricket match is abandoned without a result having been determined, all affected bets are voided and stakes returned.
9.6 The maximum payout per single betting event is subject to limits published in the Sport-Specific Rules. pk367 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake any individual player may place on any market at its sole discretion.
10.1 All casino and slot games offered on pk367 are provided by third-party game developers and suppliers, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Playtech. Each game operates according to the rules published within the game interface.
10.2 The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot or RNG game is determined by the respective game supplier and is available within the game information panel. pk367 does not modify or interfere with game RTP settings.

11.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk367 and will result in immediate Account suspension and permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

13.1 pk367 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, pk367 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is established, pk367 may report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
13.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pk367 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's primary payment method following standard KYC clearance.
14.1 All content on the pk367 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software code, and the overall platform design, is the exclusive property of pk367 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
14.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk367 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. 14.3 The pk367 name, logo, and branding are trademarks of the pk367 platform operator. Unauthorised use of pk367 trademarks for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
15.1 pk367 provides its platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk367 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and service quality, it does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted.
15.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk367 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
15.3 Nothing in these Terms limits pk367's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
15.4 In all other cases, pk367's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their pk367 Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16.1 pk367 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the lawful bases for processing, data retention periods, and your rights in respect of your personal data.
16.2 By registering an Account on pk367, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time by contacting pk367's data team; however, withdrawal of consent for essential processing (such as KYC verification) may prevent pk367 from continuing to provide Services to you.
16.3 pk367 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with authorised third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification platforms, game suppliers) strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to contractual data protection obligations.
17.1 pk367 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or operational policies.
17.2 Registered players will be notified of material amendments via the email address registered to their Account and/or via an on-platform notification displayed upon their next login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
17.3 Your continued use of pk367 following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account. Any bets already placed and confirmed at the time the amended Terms become effective will be settled under the Terms in force at the time of placement.

18.4 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service designated by pk367's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution service will be provided upon request.
